Managing Suspended Membership Profiles
Guest profiles with a subscription
and a primary membership are suspended for review in the event of:

A change to the member's Last or First name.

An invalid enrollment code on the primary membership (includes missing Enrollment Code if Enrollment Code Required check box is selected in Membership Type Handling).

An invalid/missing expiry date on the primary membership (based on Expiry Date configuration in Membership Type Handling).

Invalid/missing membership level (according to the membership level configuration for the membership type).

Duplicate membership number (when the Allow Duplicate Card Numbers check box is not selected in Membership Type Card Number Details.
You can choose to accept or reject the updates to the member profile.
Accepting Suspended Primary Membership Profiles
When a suspended profile is accepted, it will be processed with the data received (for example, name change).

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Membership, then select Suspended Primary Membership Profiles.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select the profile in the search result, then click the vertical ellipses Actions menu and select Accept.
Editing Suspended Primary Membership Profiles

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Membership, then select Suspended Primary Membership Profiles.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select the profile in the search result, then click the vertical ellipses Actions menu and select Edit.

Name: Click link to display the Guest profile.

External Name: Guest profile name received from the External system.

Membership Type: Guest Primary Membership Type which is not editable.

Membership Card Number: Member Card Number Details.
Note:
In case of duplicate card number a warning message is presented. -
Membership Level: Select from the list of values based on the Membership Type.

Expiration Date: Enter or select an expiry date.
Note:
Expiry Date would change based on the Member Level configuration. -
Membership Enrollment Code: Enter or select an enrollment code.

Error Description: Displays details of the suspended reason.

Click Save and Accept to save the changes.

Rejecting Suspended Primary Membership Profiles

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Membership, then select Suspended Primary Membership Profiles.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select the profile in the search result, then click the vertical ellipses Actions menu and select Reject.
