KEYWORD

Allows any number of keywords to be attached to a profile in order to associate a variety of identifying information with the profile. This information can be entered in the Keyword field when searching for profiles and as a filter for reporting.

Enables the ability to configure profile auto match rules and the ability to manage the auto-merge process result.

PROFILE LOOKUP

Enables specifying the type of profile protection. By Profile Type, allows you to configure profile protection rules per profile type. By Profile, enables a protection flag in the profile overview panel of each profile; when active the profile protection rules are then applied.

RELATIONSHIPS

When enabled, various relationships between the profiles can be established. Family relationship such as mother-daughter or corporate relationship such as parent-company and subsidiary are configurable. Rate entitlements (negotiated rates) can also be inherited to related profiles using relationships. (Enabled on activation of OPERA Cloud Sales & Event Management Essentials, Standard or Premium subscription).

SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES

STAY RECORDS

Enables the ability to create, import, and view Stay Records in profile Stay Statistics. Stay Records are yearly statistics of guest stays generated during Night Audit with the "Process Guest Stay Data" procedure, summarized by Revenue Groups, and are the basis for the creation of Membership Transactions, used to calculate member Awards and Tier points.  

VIP

Provides the ability to track VIP level on guest profiles and filter reservation searches and reports based on VIP value. Global Alerts and Auto Attach can also reference VIP status.

ACCOUNT FORECAST

Enables the ability to setup room night and revenue forecast on sales account profiles. Forecast is setup per property and by calendar month or fiscal period according to the Reporting Period OPERA Control

IATA VALIDATION

Enables real time validation of IATA numbers entered in Travel Agent profiles using an Outbound request to the IATA (CheckACode) Webservice.

IATA OVERRIDE

When this parameter is enabled, you can override IATA validation and enter an invalid IATA number after the system gives a warning. This parameter is dependent on the IATA VALIDATION parameter.

MANDATORY COMMUNICATION DETAILS
