Tip:
Switch the console view

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Miscellaneous, select Telephone, then select Telephone Operator.

Enter search criteria then click Search.

Select a reservation in the search result.

To navigate to the reservation, click the Confirmation number in left panel or top section of console view or click I Want To ...., and select Reservation.

To navigate to the profile, click the Guest Name in left panel or from profile section of console view or click I Want To ...., and select Profile.

To navigate to Billing, click the Balance in the Billing section or click I Want To ...., and select Billing.
