For block and catering statuses, you can rename a status code (for example, rename PEN to INQ).

For catering status, you can also change a status code from Deduct to Non-Deduct, or from Non-Deduct to Deduct.

1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Data Management then select Status Code Update.

   1. Status: Select a status from the list.

   2. New Status Code: Enter a new status code.

      1. Change Catering Type to Non Deduct Inventory: Select the update the catering type for the status code.

   3. Disconnect Minutes: Enter the number of minutes to disconnect users.

2. Click Update Status Code.
