Adding Channel Mapping Properties

1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Mapping, and select Property Management.

2. Click New.

3. On the Credit Card Management screen, complete the following fields:

   1. Channel. Select the channel where the property code will be used.

   2. Property. Select the property code used in OPERA Cloud.

   3. Channel Property. Enter the property name.

   4. Start Date. Enter the date when the property becomes available to the channel.

   5. End Date. Enter a date when the property becomes unavailable in the channel (optional).

   6. City. Enter the city location of the property.

   7. Room Limit. Enter the property’s room limit per single booking.

   8. Prevailing Rates. Select the check box to indicate the prevailing rates to be used by the channel.

4. Click Save.

Editing Channel Mapping Properties

Use the following steps to edit Properties:

1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Mapping, and select Property Management.

2. Select search criteria and click Search.

3. From search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu of the channel you want to edit and select Edit.

4. Make changes to Channel Property, Start Date/End Date, City, Room Limit, or Prevailing Rates in the Property Management screen.

5. Click Save.
