Let's get started.

To run the AI Room assignment process for today's arrivals, go to Front Desk, and then

select Arrivals.

Click the I want to menu, and then click AI Room Assignment.

Confirm or select a property, and then click Run Now.

This process may take several minutes to apply.

Next, click search to display the list of arrival reservations.

If AI or AI upgrade appears is next to the room, then the room was assigned or upgraded

To choose a different room for the reservation, I can click the room.

Now, I can search for another room based on room status, room type, or other features.
