Channel Mapping Letters

Use the Channel Letters screen to map confirmation and cancellation letter codes to channel properties.

Adding Channel Letters

From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Mapping, and select Channel Letters.
Click New.
On the Channel Letters screen, complete the following fields:
1. Property. Select the property if logged into a chain location.
2. Channel. Select the channel in which the letter code will be used.
3. Letter Type. Select a letter type such as Confirmation, Cancellation, and so on.
4. Letter Name. Select the letter name.
5. Language. Select a language for the channel letter from the list.
Click Save.

Editing Channel Letters

Use the following steps to edit the Channel Letter Name field:

From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Mapping, and select Channel Letters.
Select search criteria and click Search.
From search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu on the channel you want to edit and select Edit.
Make changes to the Letter Name.
Click Save.

Deleting Channel Letters

Use the following steps to delete the Channel.

From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Mapping, and select Channel Letters.
Select search criteria and click Search.
From search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu on the channel you want to delete and select Delete.
