Use the Telephone Operator to perform any of the following tasks:

• Search for reservation and guest information.

• Manage guest messages for reservations.

• Manage reservations traces

• Manage wake up calls.

• Manage guest locators

Note:

It is recommended to use the console view  for Telephone Operator, as this view provides quick access to all reservation details links.

Search for reservations using the available search criteria, click Search.

• From the Sort By drop-down list, change the sort order for results.

• From the Show list box, select the number of results per page.

• To navigate to the Reservation, click the Confirmation number in left panel or top section of console view or from I Want To  > Go To > Reservation.

• To navigate to the Profile, click the Guest Name hyperlink in left panel or from profile section of console view or from I Want To  > Go To > Profile.

• To navigate to Billing, click the Balance hyperlink in the Billing section or I Want To  > Go To > Billing.

• Links to various details are available in the Details section, or from I Want To .
