Viewing Profile Future and Past Blocks

You can view a Sales Account's future and past Blocks.

The Block details include the following:

  • Block Code and Block Name.

  • Arrival, Room Nights, and Departure Date.

  • Room and Event Status.

Future and Past Blocks shows the total number of Blocks linked to the guest profile.

In multi-property operations you can view reservations at properties associated to your hub location.

From a property location you see only view the Blocks in that property.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles and then Manage Profile.

  2. Click the View By list and select a profile type, such as a Company, Travel Agent, or Source.

  3. Enter search criteria, click Search.

  4. Select the profile in the search result, click I Want to..., go to Future & Past  and click Blocks or click the Future & Past Blocks link in the Profile Presentation.

  5. Panel displays the list of Future Blocks and Past Blocks

  6. Click a Block Code to open Block Presentation page.
