Configuring UDF Values
You can configure the list of values that appear for a flex field and link them to a specific UDF Group.
For example, you might have a Vehicle Type flex field on reservations containing the values GM, Ford, BMW, Mercedes, Honda, and so on. These values would then be linked to the Vehicle Type UDF Group.
Adding a UDF Value
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select User Interface Management, and then select UDF Values. 
- 
                        Click New and complete the following information: - 
                              Group. Select the UDF Groups and Values from the list. 
- 
                              Code. Enter the name for the UDF value list. 
- 
                              Description. Enter a description that explains the UDF value list. This description appears when users select from the list of values.

                        Click Save or click Save and Continue to add more groups. 
Editing a UDF Value
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select User Interface Management, and then select UDF Values. 
- 
                        Select or confirm the Property, enter optional search criteria, and click Search. 
- 
                        From search results, click the row level vertical ellipsis Actions menu for the UDF Value and select Edit. Make the desired changes.

                        Click Save. 
Deleting a UDF Value
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select User Interface Management, and then select UDF Values. 
- 
                        Select or confirm the Property, enter optional search criteria, and click Search. 
- 
                        From search results, click the row level vertical ellipsis Actions menu for the UDF Value and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
