Configuring VIP Levels
Adding a VIP Level
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select VIP Levels. 
- 
                        Click New and complete the following fields:- 
                                 Code. Enter a code that briefly describes the VIP level. 
- 
                                 Description. Enter a detailed description of the VIP level. 
- 
                                 Manage Translations. (Available when the Multi Language function under the General group is active.) Select to open the multi-language descriptions screen and configure a language translation for the description. 
- 
                                 Sequence. Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned. 
- 
                                 Display Color. Assign a color to the VIP level. 
- 
                                 Rank: Enter a number that would prioritize the VIP tier assignment of a reservation when competing with other tier reservations. Rank in VIP Levels is incorporated for guest importance. The Rank is not mandatory, can have duplicates and non-sequential. 1 is considered the highest rank. (Available when the AI Room Assignment OPERA Control is active)

                        Click Save to save and exit or click Save and Continue to save this code and add another. 
Editing a VIP Level
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select VIP Levels. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        In the search results, select the code and click the vertical ellipsis. 
- 
                        Click Edit. 
- 
                        Update the configuration and click Save. 
Deleting a VIP Level
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select VIP Levels. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        In the search results, select the code and click the vertical ellipsis. 
- 
                        Click Delete.
