Configuring Membership Rate Groups
Adding a Membership Rate Group
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then select Rate Groups. 
- 
                        Click New and enter the following details: - 
                              Code: Enter the membership rate group code. 
- 
                              Description: Enter the description for the rate group. 
- 
                              Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned. 
- 
                              Select one or rate codes from the Available panel then use the greater than symbol (>) to move your selection to the Selected panel. Note: Use the filter to refine the search; enter value and click Go.

                        Click Save. 
Editing a Membership Rate Group
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then select Rate Groups. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, click Search. 
- 
                        Select the rate group and click Vertical Ellipsis and select Edit. 
- 
                        Update the details. 
- 
                        Click Save. 
Deleting a Membership Rate Group
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, then Membership Management, then select Rate Groups. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, click Search. 
- 
                        Select the rate group and click Vertical Ellipsis and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
