Insights is a business intelligence tool that allows users with the Property Manager role and above to analyze the hotel’s performance and staff engagement.
Using Insights
Insights is an interactive visualization of agent engagement and product revenue. Managers can identify agents to recognize or coach, as well as identify upgrade offer performances across the product suite.

Total Revenue - Indicates the total Awarded Revenue.

eStandby Awarded Revenue - Indicates the total eStandby Awarded Revenue.

CheckIn Merchandising Revenue - Indicates the total CheckIn Merchandising Revenue.

Eligible Check-Ins - All reservations that are eligible for upgrade offers.

Engagement Rate - Number of accepts and declines / number of eligible check-ins. These are available individually and as a team.

Success Rate - Number of accepts / number of eligible check-ins. These are part of the goal setting.

eXpress Awarded Revenue - Indicates the total eXpress generated revenue.

LY All Product - Indicates last year’s total Awarded Revenue per brand.

Y/Y Delta All Product - Indicates year-over-year delta of Awarded Revenue.

Y/Y % Delta All Product - Indicates year-over-year percentage delta of Awarded Revenue.

LY eStandby - Indicates last year’s total eStandby Awarded Revenue. •

Y/Y ES Delta - Indicates year-over-year delta of eStandby Awarded Revenue.

All data for this year and last year numbers depend on the date range selected on top.-
Menu – Located in the upper left of every screen to give the user the ability to navigate to any page.

Filter – Allows you to choose currency and to apply filters to narrow down your selection.

Brand / Property (or other dimensions) – Expands the table to display each property aggregated into their dimensions.

Drill-up – Allows the user to view their data against a higher dimension.

Drill-down – Allows the user to view their data against a lower dimension.
-
Export – Many tables allow the option to export so you can manipulate your data using third-party tools.

Line Item – Allows you to view a line-item export of their data that could be further pivot in an external application.

Pivot - Allows you to view a pivot to see your aggregated totals over a period.

Property View
Home
The Property view allows property managers to find information on the hotel’s revenue results and staff engagement. The default screen when logging in is the Home screen and offers a summary of each product’s performance as well as the combined performance of all products. Each Product Summary includes the number of Upgrades awarded, the Revenue produced from those upgrades, and some additional facts.

Total Revenue Details offers a breakdown of overall product revenue by month in a table format.

Total Awarded Revenue by Product Bar Chart allows you to quickly compare the revenue distribution of each product by month.
In addition, the top row informs the property manager about the last time the data on the tab was refreshed: Last Refresh (UTC), the time period selected, and the launch date of the property.

Revenue Distribution Bar Chart shows the distribution of Potential Revenue broken down into its actioned status of Denied, Expired, or Awarded. Properties want to avoid a high Expired Revenue as it signifies missed opportunities to award upgrades.

Export
The export offers a comprehensive summary of all products and their KPIs for use in other third-party tools. The individual product sections offer additional KPIs for each product.
Nor1 Scorecard
eStandby and Checkin Merchandising scores offer a quick assessment of product performance on a scale of zero to 100. High Scores indicate optimal product usage and adherence to best practices, while low score suggest opportunity to generate more revenue. Reach out to your Account Revenue Manager to learn how you can improve your score.
The score is derived by summarizing the product’s KPIs into one performance driven score that you can use as a starting point to determine a property’s success before diving into more details on the product pages.
Portfolio View – All Solutions
The Portfolio All Solutions Insights enables Property Managers to view all data for all solutions at a glance for eStandby, eXpress, and CheckIn Merchandising for all properties in their portfolio. The default tab when logging in is the Home tab, which offers a summary of each product’s performance as well as the combined performance of all products. Each Product Summary includes the number of Upgrades awarded, the Revenue produced from those upgrades, and some supplemental facts.
