Create an eStandby Confirmation/Modification/Cancellation Email

Oracle Hospitality Nor1 eStandby Upgrade provides updated transactional email templates for guest eStandby Upgrade request confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.

The updated templates provide a consistent guest-facing email experience and help guests maintain a clear record of their eStandby Upgrade requests before arrival.

The confirmation and modification templates include key request details, such as:

• Requested room upgrades

• Upgrade pricing

• Reservation information

• Links to modify or cancel the request, when applicable

The cancellation template confirms that the guest's eStandby Upgrade request has been cancelled and clearly states that the original reservation remains unchanged.

This update enhances the guest communication experience for eStandby Upgrade request activity by:

• Providing a modern, consistent experience across eStandby Upgrade transactional email templates.

• Helping guests maintain a clear record of submitted, modified, and cancelled eStandby Upgrade requests.

STEPS TO ENABLE

Before using the updated eStandby Upgrade transactional email templates, ensure that the following are met:

• The property has an active Oracle Hospitality Cloud Service subscription and an Oracle Hospitality Nor1 Cloud Service, eStandby Room Upgrade subscription.

• eStandby Upgrade transactional emails are enabled for the property.

• The updated eStandby Upgrade transactional email templates are configured before they are used.
