8 Managing Properties Custom Templates
Prerequisites for Managing Properties Custom Templates
In order to distribute configuration, you associate a custom template with one or more properties. As a result, the configuration from both the enterprise template and the custom template is distributed and upserted (updated or inserted).
Note:
Once configuration has been distributed to the property, the template assigned to a property cannot be changed.Tip:
Use the Unassigned/Assigned filter options to assist with searching for properties.

All properties provisioned for your enterprise are listed.

From the Side menu, select Manage Properties.

Enter search criteria and select the Unassigned filter.

Select check boxes for properties in the search result, then click Assign Template.

Enter search criteria for the custom template.

Select a template in the search result, then click Assign.

Unassigning Properties from Custom Templates
The assigned template can be removed from a property if the configuration has not been distributed.

From the Side Menu, select Manage Properties.

Enter search criteria and select the Assigned filter.

Select the property, then click Manage Configuration

Viewing Cruise Adapter Client/Secret
To view the Endpoint URL,
Identifier, and Secret required
for the Cruise Adapter. Requires the Display Cruise Adapter Interface
Credentials task assigned to your group. See Managing User
Groups for details.

From the Side Menu, select Manage Properties.

Enter search criteria and select the Assigned/Unassigned filter according to your needs.

Click the Key icon.
