2 Features and Updates

Enterprise Management provides the following features and functionalities in version 26.2.

  • The following OPERA Cloud configuration types are added to templates, groups (tasks) and data import:

  • Templates - New action is disabled for configuration types that only support edit of seeded entries.

  • Templates - a search field is added to Manage Configuration > Configurations and OPERA Controls tabs. In OPERA Controls, search covers OPERA Control Name and Description.

  • Templates - Code Descriptions are displayed in list fields where values are fetched from dependant configuration.

  • Templates - Attractions configuration is updated with fields for entry of longitude and latitude degrees (°), minutes ('), and seconds (") and Direction.

  • Manage Template Roles updated

    • Added restriction to delete approved Template Roles.

    • Added a Select All option to select all tasks in the task group.

    • Added Granted and Not Granted filters.

  • Added the ability to configure and upload customized PMS stationery to Enterprise and Custom templates. A Stationery Group task group is added, with tasks for each supported stationery group. Assign these Stationery Group task to user groups for access to stationery groups in the templates. When the Multi Language OPERA Control is activated in the Enterprise template (OPERA Controls tab), RTF templates can be setup for each of the Languages configured in the Enterprise template. On distribution of configuration, RTFs are upsert to OPERA Cloud.

    Note:

    Country-specific template handling (folios, payment receipts) is not supported.
