Obtain the most recent version of the Vigibase Signal Management for Use with Oracle Empirica Signal Release Notes.pdf file.

1. Go to the Oracle Empirica Signal 9.1 Get Started page on the Oracle Help Center.
2. On the Books page under Release Notes, select the PDF version of the Vigibase Signal Management for Use with Oracle Empirica Signal Release Notes and download it.
3. As a non-privileged user on the application server, copy the .pdf file to the <INSTALL_DIR>/relnotes directory; for example:
   /u01/stage/Signal_Install/Signal/relnotes
4. Redeploy the Oracle Empirica Signal WebLogic Server instance:
   1. In an Internet browser, navigate to the Oracle WebLogic Server administration console:
      https://<servername>:<port>
   2. Log in using the administrator credentials provided to you by the system administrator.
   3. In the Domain Structure pane, click Deployments.
   4. In the Change Center pane, click Lock & Edit.
   5. In the Deployments table, select Signal.
   6. Click Update.
   7. Click Next, then click Finish.
   8. In the Change Center pane, click Activate Changes.
      The deployment is updated.
