Implement EMA IME list in the Product-Event Combinations table (33074167)

On the Product-Event Combinations table three new columns are now available: IME, Event Term Change Flag, and Event Term Change Description. If the source data for the configuration uses MedDRA 24.1 or later, these columns are populated during refresh of the configuration.
