If you opened the Save to Topic window and then changed your topic workflow configuration, the attachment may be saved to the new configuration rather than the configuration in use when the Save to Topic window was initially opened.

After

If you select Save to Topic and then switch to a different topic workflow configuration, when you click OK, an error message is now be displayed. You must close and re-open the Save to Topic window to save to the latest topic workflow configuration.
