Enabling On Demand Credit Card Voucher Printing

You can configure credit card voucher printing to occur on demand. This setting applies to Auth and Pay transactions, such as sales and cash back. Authorization vouchers always print.

To never print the credit card voucher:

  1. Select the revenue center, click Setup, and then click RVC Parameters.

  2. Click the CA/EDC tab.

  3. Select option 22 - Do Not Print Credit Card Voucher.

  4. Click Save.

To prompt the user to print the credit card voucher:

  1. Select the revenue center, click Setup, and then click RVC Parameters.

  2. Click the CA/EDC tab.

  3. Select the following options:

    • 22 - Do Not Print Credit Card Voucher

    • 23 - Prompt for On-demand Credit Card Voucher

  4. Click Save.
