7 Kiosks
You can add kiosk clients to Simphony to process kiosk orders at your restaurant. To support kiosk order processing, the following software and hardware are required:
Software
- Simphony 19.4.2 or later
- Oracle Restaurants Payment Service
- Verifone P400 payment terminal
- Oracle Express Station 410 running Microsoft Windows 10 or Microsoft Windows 11 in portrait orientation
- Printer (Epson TM-T88V thermal receipt printer or a comparable Bixolon printer)
- Barcode scanner (Zebra Kiosk Barcode Scanner or an LS/DS9208 scanner connected using an RS422, DB9, or USB cable)
The following peripheral devices are not supported with kiosks:

Magnetic stripe card readers and Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) cards for employee authentication

Fiscal devices (fiscal printers and fiscal terminals)
Before continuing, verify that the following have been configured in the Simphony Enterprise
Management Console (EMC):
