Delete Hierarchy Nodes

Delete a Hierarchy Node of hierType 'Zone' and nodeType 'Location' or 'RVC'. Deleting a Hierarchy Node of nodeType 'Location' deletes the RVCs of hierType 'Zone' underneath it.
