Enterprise-Only Order Types
Order Types,
which are used to categorize where an order is consumed, are now only
configurable at the Enterprise level of the system, so that reporting
inconsistencies and conflicts resulting from duplicate and overridden
groups cannot occur.

The Order Types module is removed from locations.

The Order Types module shows all Order Types.

at the Enterprise level of the system, so that reporting inconsistencies
