QSR Transaction Functions
While in a QSR transaction, you can perform voids and returns, and apply taxes and auto service charges to the check. Gift card options appear if gift cards are configured.

Void transaction items from the current and previous service rounds. Return items that were rejected by a guest. Cancel a check that has not been sent (service totalled). |

Check Operations |
Change various parts of a check, such as seat handling, menu item firing, payment, table number, check name, and barcodes. |
Gift Cards (if configured) |
Gift Card functions, such as issuing a card, looking up the balance, redeeming or adding money, and transferring money from one gift card to another. |
