This chapter describes how to connect Oracle NetSuite Restaurant Operations to Simphony.

You must be using Reporting and Analytics version 20.3 or later.

During POS Configuration, the NetSuite connection must be authenticated in the Simphony Home portal. To complete the authentication process, credentials for a Simphony Home administrator account are required.
