1.35.2 View MIS Group

This topic describes the systematic instructions to view the list of configured MIS group.

The user can configure an MIS Group using Create MIS Group screen.
Specify User ID and Password, and login to Home screen.
  1. On Home screen, click Core Maintenance. Under Core Maintenance, click MIS Group.
  2. Under MIS Group, click View MIS Group.
    The View MIS Group screen displays.

    Table 1-80 View MIS Group – Field Description

    Field Description
    MIS Group Displays the name of the MIS group.
    Description Displays the description of the MIS group.
    Authorization Status Displays the authorization status of the record.
    The options are:
    • Authorized
    • Rejected
    • Unauthorized
    Record Status Displays the status of the record.
    The options are:
    • Open
    • Closed
    Modification Number Displays the number of modification performed on the record.
