1.25.2 View External Deposit

This topic describes the systematic instructions to configure view external deposit.

The user can configure country code using Create External Deposit screen.
Specify User ID and Password, and login to Home screen.
  1. On Home screen, click Core Maintenance. Under Core Maintenance, click External Deposit.
  2. Under External Deposit, click View External Deposit.
    The View External Deposit screen displays.

    Field Description
    Deposit Number Displays the code deposit account number.
    Type of Deposit Displays the type of deposit.
    Deposit Branch Displays the deposit branch.
    Authorization Status Displays the authorization status of the record.
    The options are:
    • Authorized
    • Rejected
    • Unauthorized
    Record Status Displays the status of the record.
    The options are:
    • Open
    • Closed
    Modification Number Displays the number of modification performed on the record.
