This topic describes the systematic instructions to creta a vault.

1. Navigate to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure console.
2. From the Menu, select Identity & Security, and then Vault.

   1. To create a new vault:
      1. Click Create Vault.
      2. Provide a name for the vault.
      3. Select the compartment where the vault is to be created.
      4. Select the Vault type (Virtual Private Vault is commonly used)

   2. To configure vault:
      1. Specify the Key Management and Recovery settings
      2. Click Create Vault.
