1.7 Relationship Maintenance
This topic describes the systematic instructions to maintain the relationships between primary party and associated party for Related Party Relationship.
- From Home screen, click Party Services. Under Party Services, click Maintenance.
- Under Maintenance, click Relationship Maintenance. Under Relationship Maintenance, click View & Update Relationship Maintenance.The View & Update Relationship Maintenance screen is displayed.

- Click
to perform the following actions:- Unlock – Unlock to modify the relationship maintenance details. Once you unlocked, the record will be available for modification and authorization for the authorized user.
- View - View relationship maintenance.
- Select Unlock for the required Party Type to edit the Relationship Maintenance details. For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.The Party Relationships screen is displayed. For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.
Note:
The fields marked as Required are mandatory.Table 1-10 Party Relationships – Field Description
Field Name Description Party Relationship The Entity Code for Primary Party Relation . The available options are:- REL
- CUS
- MIN
- AUT
- PRI
- OTH
Related Party Relationship The Entity Code for Related Party Relation. The available options are:- REL
- CUS
- MIN
- AUT
- PRI
- OTH
Note: The values are fetched based on the relationship selected in the Party Relationship drop-down list.
Relationship Code Relationship Code between Primary and Related Party. The available options are:- REL–REL
- CUS-MIN
- MIN-CUS
- AUT-PRI
- PRI-AUT
- OTH-OTH
- REL-OTH
- OTH-REL
Relationship Code is auto-populated based on Party Relationship and Related Party Relationship values.
Action Click in the action column to Edit and Delete Party to Party Relationship. - Perform one of the following action:
- Click Save to save the Relationship Maintenance details.
- Click Cancel to discard the changes and close the screen.
