This topic describes the systematic instructions to configure host code.

1. From Home screen, click Core Maintenance. Under Core Maintenance, click Host Code.
2. Under Host Code, click Create Host Code.
   The Create Host Code screen displays.

3. Specify the fields on Create Host Code screen.

   Note:

   The fields marked as Required are mandatory.

   For more information on fields, refer to the field description table.

   Table 1-61 Create Host Code – Field Description

   Field	Description
   Host Code	Specify the unique host code. This code identifies the host system or environment for the configuration.
   Description	Provide additional information or details related to the host code. This description helps in understanding the context or purpose of the host code.
   Country Code	Click the Search icon to view and select the appropriate country code from the list. This code corresponds to the country associated with the host.
   Processing Time Zone	Specify the time zone in which the host system processes data (e.g., GMT+5:30 for India Standard Time). This setting ensures that all time-dependent operations align with the correct time zone.
   Default Branch Code	Click the Search icon to view and select the default branch code. This code determines the default branch associated with the host.

4. Click Save to save the details.
   The host code is successfully created and can be viewed using the View Host Code screen.
