The Awaiting Customer Clarification menu displays the tasks that are in the waiting for customer clarification state.

The following information is displayed on the task list:
  • Edit
  • Priority
  • Process Name
  • Process Reference Number
  • Application Number
  • Stage
  • Application Date
  • Branch
  • Customer Number
  • Amount
