13.1.8 Statements

The Statements sub screen allows you to view the statements with information record against ‘Others’ or ‘Subvention’ in the particular tabs.

To view the Statements
  1. Select Others or Subvention option and view the following details.

    A brief description of the fields is given below:

    Table 13-7 Statements

    Field View this
    Closing Dt The statement closing date.
    Generation Dt The statement generation date.
    Opening Balance Opening balance recorded in the statement.
    Current Balance Current balance recorded in the statement.
  2. In the Statements Transactions section, view the following information:

    Field View this
    Effective Dt The statement transaction date.
    Transaction The statement transaction.
    Account The statement account number.
    Debit Amt The statement debit amount.
    Credit Amt The statement credit amount.
