An UserDetails section consists of the following fields

An Other Details section consists of the following fields
  • Access to PII
  • Staff Customer Restriction Required
  • Customer ID
  • Email ID
  • Telephone Number
  • Home Phone Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Fax
  • Language Code

An User Role Branches section consists of Add and Remove row icons and a table grid with Branch Code, Role Code and Role Description fields.

An User Applications section consists of Add and Remove row icons, Select All toggle and a table grid with Application Name and Application Description fields.

A Customer Access Groups section consists of Add and Remove row icons and a table grid with Customer Access Group and Customer Access Description fields.

A Save and Cancel buttons are provided at the bottom of the screen.
