1.17 Cash Collateral against an Islamic LC

An Islamic LC can be processed against cash collateral. Oracle Banking Trade Finance provides you with the facility to calculate the cash collateral either as a percentage of the Islamic LC amount or as a fixed amount. Cash collateral advice will be generated for its collection.

When the Islamic LC amount is amended, you also have the option of adjusting the collateral amount accordingly.
