9.8 View Claim Settlement

This topic provides the systematic instruction to view the guarantee claim settlement.

You can view the guarantee claim settlement details maintained in the Guarantee Claim Settlement screen using the Claim Settlement Summary screen.
Specify the User ID and Password, and login to the Homepage.
  1. On the Homepage, type LCSGCLP in the text box, and then click next arrow.
    The Claim Settlement Summary screen is displayed.

  2. Select any or all of the above parameters for a query and click Search button.
    Based on the parameter you query, the system displays the following record details, meeting the selected criteria.
    • Contract Reference
    • Branch
    • Authorized
    • Contract Status
    • Claim Sl. No
    • Product Code
    • Customer ID
    • Claim Lodgement Date
    • Claim Payment Date
