9.10 View Guarantees and SBLC Transfer Details

This topic provides the systematic instruction to view guarantees and SBLC transfer details.

You can view guarantees and SBLC transfer details through Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit Transfer Summary screen.
Specify the User ID and Password, and login to the Homepage.
  1. On the Homepage, type LCSGUTRF in the text box, and then click next arrow.
    The Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit Transfer Summary is displayed.

  2. Select any or all of the above parameters for a query and click Search button.
    Based on the parameter you query, the system displays the following record details, meeting the selected criteria.
    • Authorization Status
    • Contract Reference
    • To Reference
    • Transfer Date
    • To User Reference
    • Transfer Amount
    • Current Availability
    • Contract Status
    • Expiry Date
    • Shipment Date
    • Period for Presentation
