8.3 Islamic LC Amendment Registration Input

This topic provides the systematic instructions to capture the Islamic LC Amendment Registration Input details.

You can register an LC contract amendment request using the Islamic LC Amendment Registration Input screen.
Specify the User ID and Password, and login to Homepage.
  1. On the Homepage, type LIDAMREG in the text box, and click the next arrow.
    Islamic LC Amendment Registration Input screen is displayed.

  2. On Islamic LC Amendment Registration Input screen, click New.
  3. On the Islamic LC Amendment Registration Input - New screen, specify the details as required.
  4. Click Save to save the details OR Cancel to close the screen.

    Field Description
    Contract Ref No. Specify the contract reference number of the contract being registered for amendment.

    Alternatively, you can select the contract reference number from the option list. The list displays all the valid value in the system.

    Click populate button to default and display the following values:
    • Acknowledgment Reference Number
    • Status
    • Registration type
    • Currency
    • Contract Amount
    • Customer
    • Customer Name
    • Beneficiary
    • Beneficiary Name
    • Issue Date
    • Expiry Date
    You can only edit the Request Details section
    • Document Details
    • Remarks
