4.2.3 Specify FFTs for an Advice

This topic describes the systematic instruction to specify FFTs for an Advice.

You have the option to amend decrease) the bill amount for incoming and outgoing bills. You can amend a bill through Islamic Bills and Collections Contract - Detailed screen.
Specify User ID and Password, and login to Homepage.
  1. On Homepage, type IBDTRONL in the text box, and then click next arrow.
    The Islamic Bills and Collections Contract Detailed screen is displayed.
  2. On Islamic Bills and Collections Contract Detailed screen, click Advice/FFT.
    The list of FFTs associated with an advice is defaulted. You can add to or delete from the list of defaulted FFTs.
  3. To add an FFT to the list, click Add icon and select the code that identifies the FFT, from the option list.
    The description of the FFT is automatically picked up and displayed. You can edit the FFT description that is defaulted.
  4. To delete an FFT from the list, highlight the code that identifies the FFT and click Delete icon.
