2.3.8 Unlock the Records

This topic provides systematic instructions to unlock the record.

Specify User ID and Password, and login to Home screen.
  1. Navigate to View screen.
  2. Click the record that need to unlock.
  3. Click Unlock to unlock the selected record details and do the required changes to the record.
  4. Click Save.
    The modified record is saved.
