6.1.3 OBCL Success, OBSCF Failed

This topic provides the systematic instructions to resolve the scenario where the OBCL EOD job has run successfully and the OBSCF EOD job has failed.

If the OBCL EOD job is successful and OBSCF EOD job has failed, then follow the below steps.
  1. Restore the Database backup.
  2. Run the OBCL EOD job first.
  3. Once OBCL EOD job is run successfully, run the OBSCF EOD job.
  4. If the OBSCF EOD job still fails, follow the steps in Troubleshooting EOD Jobs.
