6.2 Troubleshooting EOD Jobs
This topic describes the troubleshooting steps to resolve and restart the OBSCF EOD jobs.
If a restart of the OBSCF EOD batch job is unsuccessful, there could be errors or exceptions w.r.t to one of the EOD jobs. Follow the below steps to resolve them.
- Review the OBSCF EOD job errors in the UI.
- If a specific Job has failed, review the respective logs mentioned in the Table 6-1 and resolve them.
- Retry the EOD batch job.
