2.4.1.1 Customer Service Model Summary

  1. On Homepage, specify PMSSRMDL in the text box, and click next arrow.
    Customer Service Model Summary screen is displayed.

  2. Search using one or more of the following parameters:
    • Authorization Status
    • Record Status
    • Customer Service Model
  3. Once you specified the parameters, click the Search button.
    System displays the records that match the search criteria.
  4. Double-click a selected record to open the detailed screen.
