2.8.24.1 Customer Name Match Summary

  1. On Homepage, specify PMSCUSNM in the text box, and click next arrow.
    Customer Account Name Match Summary screen is displayed.

  2. Search using one or more of the following parameters:
    • Authorization Status
    • Record Status
    • Account Number
  3. Once you specified the parameters, click the Search button.
    System displays the records that match the search criteria.
  4. Double-click a selected record to open the detailed screen.
