NACHA Outbound Return Summary

  1. On Homepage, specify PNSORTNV in the text box, and click next arrow.
    NACHA Outbound Return Summary screen is displayed.

  2. Search using one or more of the following parameters:
    • Original Transaction Reference
    • Return Reference Number
    • Customer No
    • Return Date
    • Return Reason Code
    • Originating DFI
  3. Once you specified the parameters, click the Search button.
    System displays the records that match the search criteria.
