  1. Click the Exceptions tab and view the exceptions details.

  2. On Exceptions screen, specify the following fields:

    Field Description
    Return Transaction Details --
    Return Reference System displays the Return Reference Number.
    Return Status You can view the current Status of the Return Transaction.
    Reversal Transaction Details --
    Reversal Reference System displays the Reversal Reference.
    Reversal Status System displays the Reversal Status.
    View Details This button launches the NACHA Inbound Return screen (PNDIRTNV), listing the return transaction.
