  1. On Homepage, specify PLSINRTN in the text box, and click next arrow.
    India RTGS Return of Inbound Payment Summary screen is displayed.

  2. Search using one or more of the following parameters:
    • Return Reference
    • Original Inbound Transaction Reference
    • Return Date
    • Transaction Branch
    • Debtor Account Number
    • File Reference Number
    • Original Transaction Type
    • Original Payment Type
  3. Once you specified the parameters, click the Search button.
    System displays the records that match the search criteria.
