  1. On Homepage, specify PISISDUP in the text box, and click next arrow.
    Instrument Duplicate Issue Summary screen is displayed.

    • New Instrument Number
    • Authorization Status
    • Source Reference Number
    • Instrument Number
    • Source
    • Duplicate Issue Date
  3. Once you specified the parameters, click the Search button.
    System displays the records that match the search criteria.
