Interbank Bank Settlement Date (FIToFICstmrCdtTrf ' CdtTrfTxInf ' IntrBkSttlmDt) is validated to check if it does not fall on holiday.

If above validation fails, then the transaction is moved to Process Exception Queue (PQSPRQUE).
