All Messages

  1. You can invoke this screen by clicking ‘All Messages’ tab in the screen.
  2. Following details are displayed:
    • DCN: A new DCN number generated for the advice
    • Message Type: Credit Advice / Debit Advice
    • Message Status: Generated / Handed off (if successfully placed on the destination)
    • Media: Mail
    • Receiver: The customer number. Dr CIF for Debit advice & Cr CIF for Credit advice
  3. Selecting an advice message and click on Message button opens a new sub screen displaying the advice contents.
  4. On Book Transfer Transaction liquidation, both Debit and Credit Advices are generated as per current advice framework, to the debtor and creditor respectively, Advice tag ‘_REMARKS_’ for Remark is available in the generated mail advice.
