  1. On Homepage, specify PZDOVRVW in the text box, and click next arrow.
    Return of Originated ACH DD Reversal View screen is displayed.

  2. Search using one or more of the following parameters:
    • Host Code
    • Source Code
    • Original Reversal Reference
    • Return Reference
    • Original Transaction Reference
    • Transaction Branch
    • Sender Message Identification
    • Sender Return Identification
    • Network Code

    Once you have specified the search parameters, click the ‘Enter Query’ button. The system displays the records that match the search criteria.
